Rija.io provides a countdown timer creation and hosting platform. Users can create customizable countdown timers and embed them on websites. We offer both free and paid (Pro) subscription plans.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Free and Pro Plans
Free Plan
The free plan includes:
- Unlimited countdown timers
- Basic customization options
- Embed functionality
- Rija.io watermark on timers
Pro Plan
The Pro plan ($7/month or $59/year) includes:
- All free plan features
- No watermark
- Custom logo upload
- Background image upload
- Pexels photo library access
- CTA buttons
- Detailed analytics
- Priority support
5. Payment and Billing
For Pro subscriptions:
- Payment is processed through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
- No refunds for partial subscription periods after 7 days
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Rija.io to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or content
- Distribute spam or misleading content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the service for illegal activities
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, images, text). By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service.
Our Content
Rija.io and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SERVERHASH LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or display content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Promotes violence or discrimination
- Contains adult or explicit material
- Infringes on others' rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance with or without notice
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
RIJA.IO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVERHASH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERVERHASH LTD from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service ceases immediately
- Your timers will no longer be displayed
- We may delete your data after a reasonable period
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SERVERHASH LTD regarding the use of Rija.io.
